Supreme Court Dumps McCain-Feingold!

The United States Supreme Court just struck-down major portions of the so called "Campaign Reform Bill." Opponents of the bill had argued for a long time that it prevented free speech 30 days prior to an election.

Republican Progressive John McCain co-authored this bill along with Democratic Progressive Barbara Feingold. Ironically, it took the production of the movie "Hillary: The Movie" to bring down the illegal and unconstitutional law. This movie was prevented (disallowed) from being shown during the 2008 primary season because of the McCain-Feingold bill.

Citizens United used this censorship as the basis for their lawsuit. Lower courts said that the film was effectively a 90 minute campaign ad. They said that it was "susceptible of no other interpretation than to inform the electorate that Senator Clinton is unfit for office, that the United States would be a dangerous place in a President Hillary Clinton world, and that viewers should vote against her."

The case went to the Supreme Court in March 2009. It argued that if the movie was produced originally as a book, would the government ban publishing it if it mentioned a candidate for office within the election time frame? This was the beginning of the end to the bill!

This was a STRONG WIN to protect the 1st Amendment. If you love the Constitution you should be happy that this law has been knocked-down. It is a victory for freedom!

Happy Anniversary

Yesterday marked the President's one year anniversary in office. Let's have a look at what he really accomplished.
  • He nationalized all large banks
  • He nationalized 2/3 automobile companies
  • He nationalized large insurance companies
  • He increased taxes
  • He won the Nobel Peace prize while escalating the war in Afghanistan
  • He passed the economic Stimulus plan that did NOTHING to create new jobs OR prevent unemployment
  • He ignored most campaign promises for transparency and bipartisanship
  • He broke all spending records by any previous president
  • He increased (pork) in all legislation passed
  • He hired Communists, Marxists, and radicals to be advisors
  • He hired about 30+ CZARS without Congress vetting them
  • He hired a tax cheat to run the US Treasury and the IRS
  • He did NOT reduce unemployment as promised
  • He protected terrorists by allowing them NOT to be interrogated and offered a trial in US courts
  • He had three terrorist attacks take place under HIS watch the first year
  • He has made Americans less safe from terrorism by weakening counter-terrorism intelligence
  • He has repeatedly attacked the 1st Amendment

That's just part of the list of accomplishments. For this he graded himself a "B+" for his performance. Progressives probably agree with this grade. However, heartland Americans don’t'.

Congratulations Mr. President. Your Progressive agenda has created a direction that no one in this country recognizes as American!

We hate to break YOUR BUBBLE but those days are over now – since the Massachusetts Senatorial election on Tuesday. It was fun while it lasted. Now it's our turn for a CHANGE WE can believe in!

Can You Hear Us Now?

The Tea Party movement is alive and well. Massachusetts made history yesterday with a new Massachusetts Tea Party of 2010 commonly referred to as the "special election." For the first time in over 46 years, the senate seat in Massachusetts went to a Republican with conservative values! This senate seat was vacated when Senator Edward Kennedy passed away with cancer. This was truly an historical event with huge implications of things to come in the mid-term elections this year. Massachusetts voter's next targets are John Kerry and Barney Frank-both enemies of the Founding Fathers!

The Progressive movement has heard the message loud and clear. Americans do not want or like their ideas for "transforming America." So now Progressives will become even more aggressive with their agendas. They will begin to try and accelerate forced government healthcare any way they can to achieve political control over Americans. They will try and pass Cap & Trade. They will try to make Illegal Aliens US citizens. They will try and regulate and control the Internet.

However, Progressives have indeed awakened the proverbial "sleeping giant." Massachusetts voters resoundingly responded against government forced healthcare. They are the third "Blue" state to vote Against the current administration's policies by electing a Republican to office in a predominantly Democratic state.

The Tea Party movement feels the power growing and we won't back down now. We cannot let Progressives change America the way THEY want it. America sees the new enemy from within and "we won't be fooled again". Yes, Progressives ARE the enemy. They want to destroy American values and American tradition through political correctness and dictates from the elite. They are trying to, as Obama stated: "fundamentally change America." This is NOT the American way and we will no longer tolerate it.

Progressives have infiltrated both political parties following Saul Alinsky's strategy outlined in his guide "Rules for Radicals." Americans have awakened to this threat and are beginning to fight back. We know the enemy. We are aware that they are trying to destroy the very foundations that made this country strong.

America is grateful to the voters in Massachusetts. They have given more strength to the Tea Party movement. We WILL take-back America, one politician at a time until our liberties and freedoms are once again placed above greed, power, corruption, dishonesty, and despotism.

Today's the Day!

The latest polls indicate that Scott Brown is ahead of Martha Coakley by 9 percentage points. Two weeks ago he was trailing her by over 5 points. That's a remarkable change in such a brief time. Coakley's campaign is in a tailspin that won't stop.

Unfortunately Massachusetts voters have to face bad weather today (snow). This usually cuts-down the number who turn-out at the polls. Only time will tell. Results are expected this evening after the polls close at 8:00 PM EST.

This is history in the making. It's ironic that the progressive state (commonwealth) of Massachusetts may actually determine the fate of the government-forced healthcare program.

Keep your fingers crossed and pray for Scott Brown to win. This would end the DEMs super majority in the United States Senate and give Congress back a system of check-and-balances.

Voter Intimidation is OK

Attorney General Eric Holder has dropped the voter intimidation case in Philadelphia, PA against the New Black Panther Party. Three members of the new Black Panther Party were originally charged with voter intimidation. Two were dressed in black military garb, at a polling entrance on election day, when they brandished a baton and threatened voters. Eric Holder has dropped the case without ANY explanation. Huh? We have a video tape of the incident which clearly illustrates their illegal behavior. What's going on here?

Apparently under the Obama administration it's OK to violate the civil rights of voters. The US Commission on Civil Rights sent a letter to the Justice Department stating: "We believe the Department's defense of its actions thus far undermines respect for rule of law." It further noted "the peculiar logic" of dismissing the case when the defendants refused to show up in court. The Commission on Civil Rights stated further: "Such an argument sends a perverse message to wrongdoers-that attempts at voter suppression will be tolerated so long as the persons who engage in them are careful not to appear in court to answer the government's complaint."

The House Judiciary Committee just voted along party lines 15 (D) against 14 (R) to reject further investigation into these charges. Eric Holder has stonewalled this investigation and now the Congressional Democrats are supporting him. What the Hell is going on here? Is this a cover up?

This blog has previously mentioned the strong possibility of voter fraud by using uncertified electronic voting machines in 32 states! Remember too that ACORN has been charged in at least 12 different states for voter irregularities – including false voter registrations! This is just another example of this administration's lack of concern for enforcing the law an protecting US citizens while voting. Goodbye liberties!

Action To Take
Call the White House and let them know that they need to explain why this decision was made when we have video evidence that this crime was indeed committed. Demand that these three men be held accountable for the civil rights violations.
