Attorney General - What's That?
Eric Holder is the Attorney General of the USA. He tried a TERRORIST in a civilian court (his idea). Of the 280 charges (including murder) the Terrorist was acquitted even though evidence was given that proved that he bought the explosives that killed hundreds in two US Embassy bombings.

Luckily, the jury convicted the Terrorist of one count of conspiracy, a much lesser charge. Wow, with a weak prosecution like this - it makes the Obama administration look like a bunch of pussy cats (weak on Terror).

Holder is an Embarrassment
Eric Holder is an embarrassment to the US and to Obama. He barely won his first civil case. What a looser! We deserve a better Attorney General - one who can defend Americans - not TERRORISTS.

Action To Take
Demand that Eric Holder be fired immediately. If this is the best he can do against Terrorism, we need someone a lot stronger who can get the job done!

Progressives Trying Again
Remember to always watch both hands when it comes to the government. This report is about yet another attempt to silence free speech here in America. Your wonderful DEMOCRATIC Senate has just passed a bill through the Senate Judiciary Committee that will CENSOR the Internet. It gives the Attorney General the power to shut-down web sites-regardless if they committed ANY CRIME!

These BASTARDS never give up do they? They want to shut-down ANY Internet site that they don't like. The bill is titled Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA). Using the "excuse" that this bill will stop digital piracy, it contains the option that allows Eric Holder to SHUT-DOWN "suspected" websites. Oh really? This could be anyone!

Action To Take
Tell YOUR government, that they are NOT THE INTERNET POLICE! Tell them to keep their hands away from ANY form of censorship. PERIOD!

WV Senator Wants Gov Censorship!

Senator Jay Rockefeller (D, WV) is proposing government censorship of the airwaves! He stated: "There's a little bug inside of me which wants to get the FCC to say to FOX and to MSNBC: 'Out. Off. End. Goodbye.' It would be a big favor to political discourse; our ability to do our work here in Congress, and to the American people, to be able to talk with each other and have some faith in their government and more importantly, in their future."

The part I like is "It would be a big favor to political discourse" meaning that they wouldn't have to listen to opposing views or conflicting opinions! Congress could just jam their Progressive/Marxist legislation down our throats like they did with ObamaCare!

Gee, we thought that this only happened in Communist countries. Hey, wait a minute...
is this STILL America or is it now a full fledged Communist totalitarian state? Apparently, Senator Rockefeller is showing his TRUE Marxist colors and wishes we were JUST THAT! The First Amendment is so out-of-date!

America is Under Attack
Yes, that's what I said, we are under attack. Unfortunately, it is from within making it much harder to realize who the enemies of freedom are. They are American born, but they do not believe in the Constitution as the law of the land. Instead they want to promote the "State" for the common good. We have been infiltrated by these scum bags over time.

So now we have a US Senator openly saying that Americans would be better off if the government eliminated two media voices. Rockefeller is telling us that these media outlets have no place giving their opinions to us because they are NOT "quality news" and that's why the government should intervene. Is he crazy? He believes that having a diverse flow if information is bad for Americans. Unbelievable!

FCC Limits
What Rockefeller fails to understand is that the FCC does NOT have the authority to regulate the content of either of these stations. These channels are on cable - NOT the airwaves!!!

Censorship is a BIG STEP towards a totalitarian state. Unfortunately, we have a US Senator who actually believes that this is OK.

TSA's tyrannical tactics threaten American freedoms

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Monday the TSA is “doing what we need to do to protect the traveling public."

"The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has crossed the line. As if subjecting millions of Americans to X-rated x-ray scans and public groping sessions weren't bad enough, the agency now threatens $11,000 in fines against anyone refusing to submit to humiliation at the airport.

Oceanside, Calif., resident John Tyner found this out after he posted on YouTube a video of his degrading encounter with TSA screeners. Mr. Tyner's catchy phrase, "If you touch my junk, I'll have you arrested," spread quickly, thanks to attention provided by the Drudge Report. TSA was not amused, and an official announced Monday that Mr. Tyner faces punishment for leaving the airport without submitting to the high-tech or low-tech molestation options.

The term is not used lightly. Under 18 U.S. Code Section 2244, " 'sexual contact' means the intentional touching, either directly or through the clothing, of the genitalia, anus, groin, breast, inner thigh or buttocks of any person with an intent to abuse, humiliate, harass, degrade." It's no coincidence that TSA initiated sexual-contact pat-downs after fliers began to refuse the pornographic scanners. There can be no question that when threats of civil punishment are used to ensure compliance, those encounters with the TSA lose their status as a voluntary transaction. It's even more outrageous that these unnecessary searches are being conducted on children.

There's also no doubt that some rogue TSA agents seek self-gratification at the expense of passengers. In January, a TSA agent planted white powder in the bags of passengers, according to documents posted on the Smoking Gun website. Apparently, scaring members of the public into thinking they were being busted for smuggling drugs made for a good "joke." The new screening rules open yet more opportunities for the worst elements at TSA.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano insists that anyone who has a problem with the state of affairs simply shouldn't fly. Unelected bureaucrats like Ms. Napolitano - known across the blogosphere as Big Sister - have no business making decisions that touch upon such a fundamental right as the ability of innocent citizens to travel freely. In Ms. Napolitano's view, Americans wishing to visit family and friends across the country exercise a privilege granted by the government. Air travel is no longer a free transaction between a member of the public and an airline.

Once freedom at airports is "locked down," it's inevitable that TSA will next target buses, trains and the Metro. After all, al Qaeda has attacked each of these modes of transportation in other parts of the world. Strict controls on internal travel is the hallmark of a police state.

No matter how invasive TSA searches become, there's no guarantee anything the agency does will prevent a terrorist attack. A balance must be struck between reasonable security measures and the maintenance of a free society. These decisions cannot be made by Obama administration officials without involving the public in the discussions. Many Tea Party candidates standing for election earlier this month promised they were going to "take our country back." Stopping TSA would be a good first step."

Wake Up America

Why You Can't Ever Believe the Government
When Janet Napolatano told us that Homeland Security was going to use body scanners at all airports she promised that we had nothing to worry about. The images taken by TSA workers would NOT be saved or used for any other purposes except airport security. We were told that they would be deleted immediately. That was a LIE!

Gizmodo.com Publishes TSA Images on the Net!
So here we are looking at gizmdo.com viewing images taken by TSA officials at a public airport showing naked people in all their wonder. WOW, so much for Napolatano's promises and government propaganda.

This website obtained these images from the Freedom of Information Act. They were taken at Orlando International Airport and have been illegally distributed to the world! Nice huh?

What This Proves
The leaking of these photographs indicates a few things. First, you cannot believe the government. According to the TSA—images from the scanners are "automatically deleted from the system after it is cleared by the remotely located security officer." That's an obvious lie!

Second, these images tell us that the government employees do NOT take the law seriously. Why else would they want to save photos and share them with others? For what purpose? This is OUTRAGEOUS!

Third, there are serious security breaches taking place at ALL airports that use these machines. If these images are being "stolen" from the airports, this represents a security breach by the EMPLOYEES trusted to use these machines. How can we trust them after these breaches hit the Internet? We cannot.

Government "Nudge" Tactic
Of course, if you do NOT want to have your image taken you have the alternative choice of having a full body search, performed totally in public, in front of other passengers. This is a Cass Sustein method of "nudging" you into having you image taken instead of being humiliated in public by the body search.

What is the government doing here? Isn't this UNREASONABLE SEARCH AND SEIZURE?

Cloward and Piven Strategy
The day before Thanksgiving is the busiest day at all airports in the USA. Thanksgiving week is one of the busiest times for all US airports. Some bright-minded individuals have proposed using the Cloward and Piven technique to "Nudge" TSA and let them know that you do NOT like their intrusions that really don't prevent terrorism. IN FACT, their screening technics have NEVER prevented a terrorist act. All they do is inconvenience air travelers.

Opt Out - a Protest?
Travelers scheduled to use the airports at Thanksgiving are being encouraged to "Opt-Out" from using the invasive (and not too private) full body scanners. Many individuals are planning on bogging-down the system by overloading it on purpose. How? Simply by requesting a body search instead of using the airport scanners. This should overload the TSA workers and slow-down the lines of people who are being forced to use the new scanners.

Will you become one of these protesters? Why subject yourself to TSA's indignities when TSA should be scanning all luggage and packages instead? In any event, plan on arriving early, because the lines will be longer than usual! Maybe you can help "nudge" the government back into a more sensible behavior pattern.

The Fed Trashes the Dollar

"If it is the first responsibility of the Federal Reserve to protect the dollars that Americans earn and save, is it not dereliction of duty for the Fed to pursue a policy to bleed value from those dollars? For that is what Chairman Ben Bernanke is up to with his QE2, or "quantitative easing."

Translation: The Fed is committed to buy $600 billion in bonds from banks and pay for them by printing money that will then be deposited in those banks. The more dollars that flood into the economy, the less every one of them is worth.

Bernanke is not just risking inflation. He is inducing inflation. [My emphasis]

He is reducing the value of the dollar to make U.S. exports more competitive and imports more expensive, so that we will consume fewer imports. He is trying to eliminate the U.S. trade deficit by treating the once universally respected dollar like the peso of a banana republic.

Sarah Palin has nailed cold what Bernanke is about:

'We shouldn't be playing around with inflation. It's not for nothing Reagan called it 'as violent as a mugger, as frightening as an armed robber and as deadly as a hit man.'

"The Fed's pump-priming addiction has got our small businesses running scared and our allies worried. The German finance minister called the Fed's proposals 'clueless.' When Germany, a country that knows a thing or two about the dangers of inflation, warns us to think again, maybe it's time for Chairman Bernanke to cease and desist.

"We don't want temporary, artificial economic growth bought at the expense of permanently higher inflation which will erode the value of our incomes and our savings."

Egging Ben on is the Nobel-prize winning New York Times columnist Paul Krugman. Fed policy is too timid, says Krugman.

When Bernanke said we are not "going to try to raise inflation to a super-normal level," he blew it, says Krugman, and "there goes the best chance the Fed's plan might actually work."

What the Fed should do, he says, is change expectations "by leading people to believe that we will have somewhat above-normal inflation ... which would reduce the incentive to sit on cash."

But "sit on cash" is a definition of saving. Is saving bad? Once, Americans were taught that saving was a good thing.

Not to Krugman. He wants to panic the public into believing the money they have put into savings accounts and CDs will be rapidly eaten up by Fed-created inflation, so they will run out and spend that money now to get the economy moving again.

Whatever the economics of this, the morality of it is appalling.

Imagine a husband and wife with a bright child who are saving to send the boy to the best prep school, then Princeton, then, hopefully, Harvard or Yale Law, so the boy can realize his dream of being a great lawyer and perhaps one day sitting on the Supreme Court.

Krugman is recommending that the Fed goose the money supply to cause a general fear of inflation, so that couple will run and get their money out of the bank and start spending it, because, if they don't, their own government will start destroying the value of their savings.

This is Weimar economics.

As for inflation, are not the prices of gold, silver, oil and other commodities flashing signals that it is on the way?

In denouncing Bernanke, even the Chinese are not all wrong. They have followed the monetary policy we created at Bretton Woods in 1944, where we tied the dollar to gold at $35 an ounce, while other nations tied their currencies to the dollar at fixed rates of exchange.

China is being denounced for manipulating its currency when Beijing is adhering to a strict dollar-renminbi exchange rate, while our Fed is manipulating the dollar price to seek competitive advantage.

The other Chinese complaint is that they lent us trillions to buy Chinese goods and now we are robbing them by depreciating the dollar-denominated Treasury bonds they accepted in return for their goods.

Pay back your banker in Monopoly money, and you will find you are soon unable to borrow from anyone anywhere.

In four years, the American people have delivered three straight votes of no confidence in the U.S. government. The Fed, however, retains a confidence that it does not deserve, when one considers that, when it was created in 1913, a $20 bill could be exchanged for a $20 gold piece.

Today, it takes seventy $20 bills to buy a $20 gold piece, which means the dollar can buy in 2010 what you could get for 2 pennies in 1910. Quite a record for a central bank set up to protect the dollar.

If Bernanke's inflation does not generate growth, confidence in the Fed will also vanish. Then a crisis of capitalism will be at hand.

Historians will not deal kindly with the men who traded the horse of U.S. economic nationalism for the rabbit of the Global Economy."

Universal Healthcare - Oxymoron

More Exemptions
In a quiet almost stealthy move by the White House with NO PRESS RELEASE, they announced 111 more exemptions from the new healthcare law. This is beginning to sound like an unfair law if there ever was one.

A Job Killer
These exemptions prove that this legislation is a Job Killer because it puts the power of this administration to decided who is going to obey this law and who is not. This power to change it negates the entire law whatsoever! This is a confession by the Progressives who wrote it that they cannot create jobs with this legislation and that it hurts the private sector immensely! It is an admission that the bill is a failure on behalf of the White House. Now THEY can decide who this law is for and who it is not! This is NOT a "universal" law that applies to everyone as soon as they begin to make these exceptions. This is the beginning of a totalitarian government!

Oh, you can't afford to pay a lobbyist? Gee, too frigin' bad, because they are the only ones who get the ear of this administration. The rest of us have to obey their new "universal healthcare law." Only the large companies who can afford the lawyers and pundits to stop it can be exempt. Just the fact that it is NOT "universal" is proof that this law is unfair to the rest of Americans!

The Sin of the Whole Thing
This law was created and never read by those who passed it on Christmas Eve last year. We were told by Nancy Pelosi that we would have to pass it before you could find out what was in it! Remember? They knew that there were many problems with this legislation and they literally dumped it on us anyway! The Progressives just wanted to get the "shell" of the program passed so they could tack-onto it later - like they did with Medicare. The little guys who are affected the most have the least to say about it! Gee, that sounds FAIR and Universal! Since we cannot lobby, we are not on the exempt waiver list. Giving out waivers is an admission of GUILT! THANK THE BASTARDS WHO DID THIS TO US!

Big Government in Action
Now we see the real meaning of government as Progressives like it. THEY DECIDE what's good for us. We have NO SAY WHATSOEVER in this matter. Just shut-up and obey the law! This is UNFAIR and it should never have been passed just because of this reason alone!

Action To Take
DEMAND that Congress repeal ObamaCare immediately. And if Obama decides to veto it, have enough votes to override it. ObamaCare is a travesty on the American Public!
