Overstepping AGAIN!

He's At It Again
Always watch both hands with Obama. He tries to overstep his Constitutional powers ANY time he can! This time he's granting waivers for No Child Left Behind (which is a dismal failure and waste of taxpayer money). No Child Left Behind was cosponsored by John Boehner (R, OH) and Ted Kennedy (D, MA deceased) and signed by George Bush into law in 2002. This law mandates that the government impose standard tests for schools receiving federal funding.

Since its inception, the program has wasted taxpayer money and there is no statistical evidence to show that this program has improved overall education. No, quite the contrary. Students taking the federal exams have done so poorly that they cannot pass these exams. Schools are afraid of loosing federal dollars and are now resorting to helping students "Cheat" to pass the exams and make the schools look good and keep their funding. (Recall the cheating scandal in Georgia).

Obama's Solution
Well, Progressives never close failing programs. So what did Obama do? He mandated that the schools lower the testing standards so that more students can pass the exams! This keeps No Child Left Behind in full operation. In fact, Obama asked for an additional $77 BILLION dollars in the 2011 budget for it! Right, just throw good taxpayer money down the rat hole!

Aggrandize His Powers
Obama never misses a chance to embellish his powers. No one has challenged him on this. Why Not? First pay attention to how he does it. He "passed" (we use this word loosely - because he has no authority to do so) the waivers while Congress went on vacation! This should sound familiar. Obama started a war with Libya while Congress was out-of-town on vacation!

His Strategy
Hiding in plain sight, Obama's strategy is to perform unauthorized acts or pass unauthorized resolutions/regulations without Congressional approvals. Look at his record! There should be no wars without Congressional approval.

Obama knows that Congress will look the other way and never challenge him. How come? Because they both want more power. Their corruption is mutual! He takes what he wants and so does Congress. This explains the poor approval ratings of Obama AND Congress! Both parties have alienated the American people.

Action To Take
Don't expect any reprimands from Congress. Don't count on Congress to balance the budget without a Balanced Budget Amendment. The last time government spending went down was in 1954 despite politicians' promises over the years!!

Before you vote, remember that there is no connection between campaign rhetoric and the end result after the elections!

VOTE-OUT incumbents! You can't trust them! (John Boehner is a perfect example of corruption! He's no conservative. He voted for the Stimulus and all of Obama's big spending initiatives.)
