Stealth Amnesty
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Director - Janet Napolatano has overstepped her authority! She has taken measures to ILLEGALLY "grant" AMNESTY for ILLEGAL ALIENS. It doesn't matter what she calls the measure or what she claims it does, the end result is that it rewards people who broke the law to get here in the United States.
Amnesty
Amnesty is the absolution for a crime. Amnesty in the USA is usually conferred to a guilty person by either by the President in the form of a pardon, or by Congress - by revoking laws or legislating new ones. No one else has the Constitutional authority to grant AMNESTY to ILLEGALS!
HMS Is Out-Of-Line
Anyone working at HMS does NOT have ANY authority to grant waivers, or whatever they want to call their euphemism for Amnesty. This includes the Director - Janet Napolatano! Just because president Obama wants to grant amnesty to ILLEGALS he cannot tell one of his CZARS to do so. That's not Constitutional!
Where's the Outrage?
Why hasn't anyone on Congress challenged this ABUSE of power? Where are the checks and balances with the Obama Administration? Does anyone care about the illegal power grabs? You should let your representatives know that your are appalled with these actions. Otherwise, your silence will encourage more theft of personal liberties by this government!
