The New "Amerika"

A Sad Day
The 4th Amendment is DEAD! SWAT teams killed it last week with their door-to-door, house-to-house searches.

Reminder: The Fourth Amendment says that law enforcement MUST receive written permission from a judge, before they can lawfully search and seize evidence while investigating criminal activity.

Here is the wording: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

The SWAT teams, local police, state police, and FBI violated this law totally in their search for the Boston bombers. You need proof? Here it is.

SCARY PHOTOS
The following photographs were taken by a private citizen as he watched his neighbor's house literally taken-over by the SWAT team. There were NO SEARCH WARRANTS. The entire family was hold-up in their own home after being told to do so by the police.

Then the police decided to cordon-off a several block radius and begin searching every house within that perimeter. There were several family members present in this instance. Each was held at gun-point, each was told to put their hands on their head, each was frisked, and then they were all detained while the police ravaged through their home. DISGUSTING!
