Let's see: The government discriminates against those who oppose Obama's ideology and sics the Internal Revenue Service on them. Next, the Obama government allows the Attorney General to listen to phone calls made by reporters. Next, the Attorney General LIES under oath. Next, the National Security Agency (NSA) performs "data mining" which is a government term for "SPIES ON CITIZENS" by collecting all forms of electronic data.

So when citizens want to openly express their dissatisfaction with the administration and Big Government in general, the Capital Hill Police prevent the demonstration. Isn't there a document that allows citizens to meet collectively and protest if they want to? Apparently not - or at least not any more.
