Obama's Insurance Fix is ILLEGAL

The President has no power or authority to allow insurance companies to keep offering the cancelled policies so Americans could keep their policies. There's nothing in HIS job description that gives this power. It VIOLATES the Constitution once again. He knows it, but doesn't care. Obama oversteps his authority all the time. The President has no enforcement disgression whatsoever. Article II, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution says of the President: "he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." That specifically does NOT mean that he can change or only enforce certain parts of a law while ignoring other parts.

Article I of the Constitution gives Congress the exclusive power to make federal laws - NOT the President.

All we can do is hope that someone in Congress has the GUTS to challenge his actions in court and stop his continuous abuse of power. Obama's unilateral move to change the Affordable Care Act is CRIMINAL and must be prosecuted to the fullest. Only time will tell.
