Coincidence - or Threat?
Call it ironic, but isn't it a coincidence that two major Internet providers had outages that corresponded at the same time frames. Comcast and AT&T had major Internet service outages during the same time periods yesterday in different parts of the country. This is the second time this has happened in less than two weeks. Huh!
Outages began around 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and lasted through 10:00 AM this morning. Gee, what a coincidence huh? Two major Internet providers both shut-down at the same time for about the same duration. Isn't that rather strange? How could this happen? Some sort of electronic "glitch"?
Paranoia or Fact?
Ask yourself what the odds are for that to happen. They would have to be astronomical for that incident to happen simultaneously over two distinct (and separate) computer networks as vast as Comcast and AT&T. Is the government messing around here too? Think about it.
Is WikiLeaks the Real Problem?
As you know WikiLeaks is provoking the Federal government by disclosing multiple government secrets - including disclosing 250,000 State Departments classified documents. Some of these documents have revealed that China was urged to stop shipments of missiles from North Korea to Iran and that Saudi Arabia wanted the USA to attack Iran's nuclear facilities. Where is Homeland Security?
Strange that we haven't heard much from Homeland Security lately... Wait a minute, weren't they the ones who have been shutting-down various websites lately? Of course they are. AND, they were doing it without ANY LEGAL Authority whatsoever! All they had to do is "THINK" (no warrants or court orders) that a website was breaking the music copyright laws and they were taking control over the domain names of those "GUILTY" websites. "Guilty" is in quotes because there was never any charges or court trial at all. They just shut-down those sites as THEY deemed fit. Maybe they are just practicing for something else.
Theory Postulated
Do you "THINK" that there could be any connection with OUR Internet outages and Homeland Security? Naw, they can't legally shut-down our Internet providers, because the Constitution doesn't give them that authority. Just because US Senators are SCREAMING about WikiLeakers being TERRORISTS doesn't mean that there is ANY connection with your Internet outages. That's just hypothetical conjecture! Oh wait a minute, aren't the US Senators the ones who just passed COICA out of committee? Isn't that the bill that gives the Feds the OK to become the Internet Police? Yeah, but it hasn't become law yet!

The Fate of ObamaCare
ObamaCare Faces Courts
Although the Obama administration is going forward full-blast on government healthcare, they may have to do an about face soon. A Federal judge in the state of Virginia will soon rule on the legality of ObamaCare!
Constitutionality of ObamaCare
Judge Henry E. Hudson of Federal District Court in Richmond, Virginia has promised to make his ruling on the constitutionality of the new government healthcare law by the end of the year! The major point being questioned is the one that "requires" Americans to obtain government health insurance on or before 2014.
Obama and his cronies believe that it is constitutional to force people to buy government health insurance whether they want it or not. Remember however, the law requires everyone to participate under punishment of fines or imprisonment! This type of big government law has NEVER been compulsory before. This is the CRUX of the issue! Can the government force you to buy things?
Ruling Could Undermine Several Provisions
Apparently the judge has asked a number of questions that express some skepticism about certain parts of the new law. If some of the major parts are ruled as a no-no, this could negate several of the "important" provisions of the law. Let's hope this is the case. This in-turn would impact hospitals, insurers and government agencies that are trying to carry out the new law. Recall, that parts of it are in place now and must be adhered to as we write this article. Hence, we see increases from our insurers coverage costs thanks to ObamaCare!
Obama cronies are also afraid that any negative court ruling will create a public relations nightmare for Obama. Several other states (22 total) are also suing the Federal government because of ObamaCare and its regulations that affect them. All in all, this is a very important ruling and it may determine the fate of the law.
Supreme Court
This case will eventually be decided by the Supreme Court because no matter who wins or looses, it will be contested. Keep your eyes and ears opened. This first ruling will help set the tone on which way this argument will start.
Meanwhile support all Congressional efforts to REPEAL OBAMACARE!

US Govt. Internet Take-Over in Progress

Last week we reported that the US Senate Judicial Committee passed a controversial "Combating Online Infringement & Counterfeits Act (COICA)" and now the government is becoming the Internet POLICE!
How can this be? The bill isn't even passed in the House of Representatives, and consequently isn't a law!
We Don't Condone Copyright Infringement
True enough. However, we believe that the US government is overstepping its authority by going after websites without legal reasons or any authority whatsoever. The US government is actively taking-over Internet domain names from individuals who THEY THINK are stealing copyrighted materials. They close the website with no warnings at all. Instead, here is what you see:
No Proof, no trials, no freedoms - just close them down. Isn't this the way the Nazis behaved when they didn't like someone?
Where are the Courts?
The Department of Homeland Security - specifically ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement). They have been identifying websites that THEY say "that's an infringing site" and then closing the sites down. THAT'S ILLEGAL! It's also un-American!
They have no court orders or jurisdiction whatsoever to become the "Internet Police" anymore than you or I do.
What the Hell's Going On Here?
You say you don't care? You don't go to those websites anyway - so what's the big deal? The government is taking baby steps towards taking over the INTERNET THAT'S WHAT! You should be concerned and worried. No one has given Homeland Security the right to do these things. They are becomming the INTERNET POLICE and no one is trying to stop them. What does this have to do with immigration? Nothing!! So why is ICE involved? Are they the new Gestapo?
If they can close-down anyone without ANY PROOF of violating any crimes or having the courts to intervene, they can close-down this site or any other that they don't like. Do you understand what's happening yet?

America, we are at war from forces within our own borders. It's time to fight back! Notify Congress that this action is ILLEGAL and that you do not condone the attack on free speech or convictions without trials.

Another Euphemism for AMNESTY!
Lame Duck Progressives Want Amnesty for Illegals
Congress has yet another name for AMNESTY for ILLEGALS. They are calling it "The Development Relief and Education for Alien Minors" (DREAM) Act. No matter what you can call it, it is STILL AMNESTY for ILLEGAL ALIENS who came here by breaking the law!
To be eligible, the immigrant must enter the country ILLEGALLY before the age of 16, live five consecutive years in the U.S., earn a high school diploma or the equivalent, and demonstrate good “moral character.” Of course Congress never spells-out what that means specifically leaving it opened for interpretations. ILLEGAL applicants must be between the ages of 12 (isn't it hard to graduate high school at age 12?) and age 35.
If these individuals complete two years of college (probably with free taxpayer's tuition money) or if they serve in the US military (How can you serve and NOT be a US citizen?) then they can become US citizens.
So let's get this straight. You come into the USA illegally. We give you two years of college for free and you can become a US citizen. OR you come here illegally and join the Armed services using your fake or stolen IDs, serve and then you can become a US citizen.
Isn't this rewarding ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR in both cases? Why are we so bent on giving citizenship to LAWBREAKERS in the first place? This is NOT comprehensive reform and it is unfair to those who came here legally and want to become US citizens. IT'S WRONG! It's no DREAM either! It's a NIGHTMARE!!

Let your Lame Duck representatives know that this is unfair and wrong and that you do not support it!

Guess what? Big Sis (Janet Napolatano - Homeland Security Chief) wants to expand TSA's reach into your personal life. She's now considering having TSA agents begin their intrusive techniques on ALL public transportation, boats, and trains. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!

So now Janet Napolatano is thinking she should "protect" Americans at the bus stop, train station, and boat docks. Humm... Wait a little longer and she will want to install TV cameras in YOUR HOMES!!
TSA and BIG Government needs to hear from Americans loud and clear. The more they push us, the more we will fight back! Count on it! We will NOT take their FASCIST behavior lightly.

Tell Congress to STOP ALL FUNDING for TSA! Then they should repeal the law that created them! Take the George Soros scanners and throw them away!

FCC Soon to "Regulate" Internet
Say Goodbye to Free Speech
The FCC is close to passing their restrictive regulation that controls Internet content. They want to "regulate" (a euphemism for CENSOR) Internet content. It's the Fairness Doctrine for the Internet! Obama is all for it! His radical appointed Czars idealize Hugo Chavez who took over control of the media and the Internet in Venezuela. China is also famous for Internet censorship. Now the USA is soon to join other Marxist countries in following their ideas of silencing opposition and controlling political speech.
Who Authorized the FCC?
So who gave the FCC authority to "regulate" Internet content. No One can. This is a direct violation of the 1st Amendment which says:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
By what authority does the FCC have to take control of the Internet content? THEY DO NOT! Bureaucrats are trying to STEAL OUR God-Given right to have free speech on the Internet. Obama and his administration are all in favor of these policies because they don't care about the Constitution!
Push Back America
It's time to call a spade a spade. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it is a duck. If this looks like an attempt to take control over the Internet content, it is a direct attack on American God-Given Liberties. Don't let this Marxist approach to silencing YOUR voice stop opposing opinions.
Let this administration know how you feel. Notify Congress as well. Tell them to investigate the Constitutionality of these bogus regulations.
