Federal Employee Retroactive Pay Fairness Act

Your Congress At Work
The House of Representatives just unanimously passed a bill that pays 800,000 federal employees for NOT working. This logic is what got the US into serious debt and it apparently continues. This of course adds to the nation debt and creates more borrowing which we cannot afford. The good news is that they won't get back-pay until after the shut-down.

Why shouldn't the employees who want pay for no work use their sick days instead? When you don't work in the private sector, you don't get paid.

Ironic that both political parties were in support and passed this "piecemeal" bit of legislation when they cannot even discuss other things. The Democrats want to make the shut-down as painful as possible. "The ends justify the means," which is a Saul Alinsky quote. They want to make Americans SUFFER so they will bring pressure to make the GOP cave as usual. This illustrates just how broken our government really is and why we need to clean house in the midterm elections. Neither side is looking out for you. Unfortunately, the uninformed majority of Americans are listening to the media's skewed propaganda that all supports the White House and Obama's agenda. That's PATHETIC!

Both parties blame each other for the government shut-down. They both are ignoring the looming debt crisis which is fast approaching. Our "leader" in the White House refuses to negotiate on ANY issue and threatens vetoing ANY piecemeal bill. However, Obama probably WILL sign the back-pay into law to keep his minions happy. Isn't that picking and choosing just like he accused the Republicans of doing? He did it by illegally offering ObamaCare exemptions to unions, big business, and donors to his campaign. He refuses to do so for the citizens of the land.

What a mess!

Remember who did what and when. You need to vote-out the IDIOTS who want to continue borrowing and spending without changing their wasteful habits.

National Security Risk

During a photo opportunity on Monday this week, Vice President Biden was photographed for public relations. Biden is holding a Classified document titled "Codeword."

Biden's Blunder

Of course the contents were not revealed, but the name of the document was. Does Biden have any clue on how to treat classified documents? The evidence clearly says "no."

Yes, America, there is a grave national security risk. It's in the White House! We have a VP who's careless with sensitive documents and a President who refuses to negotiate with Congress over the budget. They are both good examples of what's wrong with America.

It Pays To Break The Law

Remember the song lyrics "I can't get no satisfaction?" We they keep on playing over and over when it comes to Obama's BIG GOVERNMENT approach for his Amerika. Classic example: Lois Lerner - ex-director of the IRS.

Recall that Lois refused to testify in front of Congress under oath and she took the 5th Amendment privilege. She then went on full payed leave for several months. She was under "investigation" by Eric Holder.

Lois just decided to retire and receive full government retirement benefits at our expense. It seems that if you break the law while working for the Obama Administration, you receive protection, get promoted, or receive (undeservingly) a government pension.

Lois was never held accountable for breaking the law. She was never tried. Never punished to set a good example. No, nothing bad happened to Lois Lerner. Why not?

If you can't see that this is a perfect example of corruption, there's little hope. America is quickly becoming Obama's AmeriKa while you sit back and watch.

The Un-Affordable Care Act

Doctors are leaving their practices. What's their incentive to stay in their practices? They have none. They are being ordered to receive less for their services, they have tons of new paperwork, and they have less control over their own lives. The latest solution for doctors is to form a concierge which includes several other doctors who all hire themselves-out 24/7 to people who can afford to pay them. Meanwhile the rest of us find that there are fewer doctors for us creating shortages, long lines, and lack of treatment.

If you think that Obama Care is free, you're an IDIOT! Who do you think is paying for YOUR HEALTHCARE? The Big Government Health Fairy? All of the latest estimates tell us that it is going to cost BILLIONS more than we were told. Thank the DEMOCRATS for lying to us. Young people are sadly finding-out that they are the ones who will be carrying the burden with increases up to $1500. Seniors will pay more for less service too, so that the government can sign-up the uninsured - including ILLEGALS.

Ironic that the government is shut-down because Congress can't function as they were designed to do. Instead they bicker, point fingers, and say it's the other guy's fault. This is the most corrupt governments in US history. It's sad, because there is no end of it in sight. There is so much corruption in both political parties we may never see it get better in our life times.

The Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) is literally KILLING our economy and the American way while giving the government FULL CONTROL over your life. This massive take-over accounts for over 1/6th of our entire economy. Employers all across the nation are reducing employee hours or cutting staff so they can avoid the penalties in ObamaCare. They are also ONLY hiring part-time employees to avoid government taxes. ObamaCare is a Trojan Horse. It was designed to be complicated and force all people into the government health care system using their doctors and limiting treatment for seniors.  The government will decide what treatments you get, and when you get them. If you're dying of cancer, they will make you wait until you die before scheduling treatment. So the reality of "DEATH PANELS" isn't fiction. It's here. They decide who lives or dies.

President Obama has already violated his "Flagship Legislation" over 17 times by ILLEGALLY giving what he called "Exclusions" for big corporations, unions, and Congress. Obama has no authority to do this but Congress has never challenged him overstepping his presidential powers.

So here we are. Dead in the water. Our government is shut-down. Let it stay that way for a while. Let the dunderheads in Washington, DC realize that their careers as politicians have just been shortened because if their inability to perform their jobs.

The Answer
Fire all incumbents (both parties) running for re-election in the mid-terms in 2014. It's time to throw-out the garbage and start fresh.

Global Warming Bunk Uncovered

With climate temperatures dropping, it's hard for the environmental "Police" to claim there's man-made global warming. In the latest reports from the International Panel on Climate Change, their report scales-back the severity of the global warming threat. That's right, their report indicates that global warming isn't what the "Eco Nuts" are claiming.

Their report is so bad for the global warming movement that several governments have tried to suppress these facts. Notably leading the effort to suppress this report was the United States government (alias Barack Obama) who didn't want this report to see the light of day. Germany and Belgium were some others.

So if you're one of the so-called "Flat Earthers" you should rejoice. What the report indicates is that the modeling software "scientists" use (to predict more global warming), is erroneous and not reliable based on real-life data.

Too bad. Now the "Eco Nuts" will have to make-up some more crap to disseminate to support their cause.

Let It Close

The GOP has re-edited what Harry Reid sent them in a last ditch effort to defund or at least put-off implementing ObamaCare. However, the GOP still is trying to fund the government to avoid closing it. With the DEMs in control of the Senate, we can predict that they will reject the latest means to fund ALL government activities - except ObamaCare. They refuse to negotiate.

Consequently, it will be the DEMOCRATS who will shut-down the government. The latest House bill eliminates the tax on medical devices which should help seniors. It also postpones the implementation of ObamaCare for a year while funding all government agencies. That's a win-win for both sides.

The DEMOCRATS - including the President, have already said that they WILL NOT NEGOTIATE. Ironic in light of the fact that Obama decided to "Negotiate" with our arch enemies in IRAN, but won't talk to the Republicans to "negotiate" our budget. So it really looks like if you want to blame anyone, blame the DEMOCRATS. Don't be fooled by all the finger-pointing that will happen. Congress is the one who decided to take a 5 week vacation just before this crisis. Understand that the people who jammed ObamaCare down your throats are not willing to admit that they NEVER followed the will of the people and they are the ones responsible for this situation.

So let the government close-down. It will save taxpayer's money. They can start first with closing the White House completely and then stop paying Congress. Maybe then they will all wake-up and start doing what we hired them to do in the first place.
