Finally someone in Washington has the GUTS to stand up to Obama!

Senator Ron Paul (R, KY) is suing President Barack Hussein Obama for allowing the National Security Agency (NSA) to spy on the American People. Paul is filing his lawsuit as an individual (not as a Senator) making it a class action suit.

Paul's lawsuit focuses on how the NSA has violated the 4th Amendment to the Constitution - (Illegal Search & Seizure - without probable cause). The lawsuit targets the collection of the infamous "metadata program."

Judicial Watch is a conservative watchdog group. They try to ensure that judicial and political officials do NOT abuse the powers entrusted to them by the American people. New Year's Resolution

Since it's appropriate to make a New Year's Resolution, why not make one that you can keep? Why not  commit to an effort that will benefit America?

Help by voting-out ALL Democrats running for re-election in the upcoming midterm elections. Ensure that the Republicans take control over BOTH Congressional Houses. After that, support all efforts with your time and your contributions to IMPEACH OBAMA from office.

Guest Article: Victory On Arms Trade Treaty

"Dear Friend,

As a result of our persistent efforts (mainly yours’), I am pleased to announce that the Inhofe Amendment to the Defense Appropriation Bill has passed and been signed by the president!

The Arms Trade Treaty will not receive any money for implementation for all of 2014!

As you may recall, the Treaty — a backdoor UN gun control effort — was signed by Secretary of State Kerry in March of 2013. While it has not been ratified by the Senate (and probably cannot be), under the Vienna Convention, it acquires the force of law in the U.S. until it is either turned down by the Senate or withdrawn by the president. Harry Reid will not bring the Treaty up for a vote, so it would remain in force for the duration of the Obama presidency. By 2017, its structures and commitments would have bitten deep into American law and practice.

But…. Senator James Inhofe (R-Okla.) saved the day by inserting a ban on funding for the Treaty into the Defense Appropriation Bill for 2014. With the Administration eager to get the money, he was able to keep it in the final bill that was signed by the president on Thursday.

Victory!

Now we need to capture the Senate so we can get the signature expunged and kill the Treaty entirely.

The Easy Way To FIX The WH

In the past five years we have seen Obama overstep his presidential powers and usurp powers beyond what the Constitution has spelled-out for his office. He has side-stepped Congress to push HIS agenda every time he meets with resistance. Obama's dictatorial attitude continues with his newest "mandates" for ObamaCare. Obama has NO AUTHORITY whatsoever to modify, delete, stall, modify, and change ANY law enacted by Congress. However, Obama has in fact, done just that 15 times with the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) - in direct violation of the US Constitution.

There is a legal way to stop this abuse. The Republican Party needs to maintain control over the House of Representatives and gain control over the US Senate. Consequently the 2014 midterm elections are critical. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is afraid that this could happen and are busy raising money to help promote the re-election of Democratic Senators in 2014.

Conservative voters MUST elect a Republican majority in the Senate. Once they do, they can begin IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS against the most BLATANT abuser of presidential powers in history!
