US Senator Disgraces His Office
At a meeting of Planned Parenthood supporters on March 22, 2011, Senator Frank Lautenberg (D, NJ) pretty-well dismissed the Equal Protection clause in the Constitution. He was busy verbally attacking anyone who opposes HIS view on Planned Parenthood funding. He did so to the point of sounding like a dictator.
Here are Lautenberg's words:
"They [Tea Party Republicans and the majority of Americans who don't want their tax dollars funding Planned Parenthood] don't deserve the freedoms in the Constitution, but we'll give it to them anyway."
Apparently, Lautenberg believes that he has the power to "grant" rights and privileges to those who oppose his political views. His arrogance is DISGUSTING!
Inapproproriate Behavior
America is still a free country. The Senator can say anything he wants. However, there is a certain standard expected from US Senators. We like them to abide by the laws of the land and not place themselves above the people they represent. Lautenberg has overstepped his authority with his extreme attitude towards Americans in general. In the very least, Lautenberg should be shameful for his remarks. Instead, as a Progressive, Lautenberg believes that he has the power to strip the rights of those of us who disagree with him. Once again we see that Progressives believe that they are the ONLY ones who have this power and THEY decide what freedoms the government gives and takes away.
YOU BASTARD! Since when do YOU decide what our freedoms are and who deserves them?

Voters in New Jersey. This guy is representing you! Remember these words from Lautenberg. Is this REALLY the type of Senator you want to represent you? We hope not! This is a perfect example why we need term limits for all of Congress.

Our Vice President Joe Biden strongly supported the Constitution when he was a US Senator. He believes that any unilateral military action without Congressional approval (and without ANY threat to the USA), is an impeachable offense.

We have elected the most incompetent President in the history of the Nation. This guy is a loose cannon and our enemies know it. Because of this, we are all in serious danger. (And you thought things were bad under George Bush). This guy makes Bush look like a genius!
Mr. Flip Flop - BIG TIME
Yesterday we quoted Obama before he became President. Back in 2007 he publically stated that it was against the Constitution to have ANY military action unless America was threatened. Today, he has ignored the law of the land. Now he has the "cojones" to say that we are NOT at WAR. Oh REALLY? Since when is bombing and blowing up people and buildings NOT WAR? This lie is incredible!
Obama has violated America's trust. He lied - big time! He violated the Constitution - by his own words! He is a phony. He is incompetent and his administration is scattered and have no plan or goal for Libya. They each deliver a different message. There is no exit strategy. DUH? He has started another war in another Muslim country. That's just irresponsible and pretty darn stupid!
Worse yet, his policy decisions show his total lack of understanding of foreign affairs. He demonstrates daily that he is in way over his head and so are his advisers. God Help Us All! It's beginning to look like the Obama Doctrine is just like the Bush Doctrine. See any difference? More broken promises. (More Lies).
Sovereignty - What's That?
Obama has also disregarded our national sovereignty. He sought permission of the United Nations before attacking Libya and ignored Congress. Obama doesn't even know who we're fighting with or for in Libya. Obama metaphorically thumbed his nose at Congress by doing this.
Hold Him Accountable
Ask Obama who's paying for his attacks-like WE can afford it! This man needs to be held accountable for his ILLEGAL actions. Support Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D, OH) in his efforts to begin Impeachment proceedings and to halt all funding for this fiasco.

Unlawful Undeclared War
Unapproved by Congress
All of the recent military actions against Libya taken by Obama are NOT approved by Congress as required by the Constitution. This country has NOT attacked us or threatened us. So why is Obama starting a WAR with Libya?
Obama's Own Words in 2007
As a professor of Constitutional law, Obama said this: "The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation."
Direct and Clear Violation
Now Obama has violated the US Constitution (by HIS OWN WORDS) by attacking Libya - a nation that poses no threat to the USA.
The President has no right, or power to send military troops into harms way for "humanitarian purposes." He made up this LAME EXCUSE! Congress has to authorize WAR or there must be eminent threats to the USA or its citizens. In the case of Libya - Obama has NEITHER!
What's Even Worse
Obama has no stated goal as to why we are in Libya. He has no plan. He has no objective. He's leaving command and control to foreign countries. This is ANOTHER violation of the US Constitution! He doesn't seem to care. No foreign country can be in charge of our military - PERIOD! It is unlawful to place American troops under ANY foreign command!
Obama doesn't seem to understand that HE is the commander in Chief! DUH? US troops should never take orders from any foreign country that has NOT sworn to defend the Constitution.
Anti-War Movement?
Where are the Anti-war activists? Are they only busy when there is a Republican President? Are they all deaf, dumb and blind? Why aren't they raising their voices? Why even the "Leadership" in Congress is SILENT of these ATROCITIES! Our government is failing to abide by the law of the land. What the HELL is going on here? Are you going to sit back and just watch?

Citizens should call for Obama's impeachement! Congress should halt all funding for all military action in Libya.

Impeacheable Offense?
Declare War Without Cause
Did President Obama commit an impeachable offense? Progressives believed that George Bush did when he invaded Iraq and in went to war in Afghanistan. Strangely, now Progressives are silent. Is there a difference. Answer: Yes. But Progressives ignore the facts.
George Bush approached Congress both times when he wanted to proceed with military actions in those countries. Obama has not. In fact, Obama didn't even speak with Congress - he just began military actions against Libya. Obama just order the attacks. It was HIS orders (and his orders alone) that thrust the USA into a civil war in Libya. Now he is using OUR military to try and help the outcome of that civil war (not to mention spending more taxpayer dollars for the missiles we shot off). WHY? By who's authorization?
So has Obama committed a crime? Some would strongly argue "YES" Obama has committed a crime. Read his powers as granted in the Constitition. The ones he exercised are not given to him!
Civil War
Libya posed no physical threat to the United States of America. Obama and his cronies went to the United Nations for directions on how to proceed. They in-turn formed a coalition of a few nations to overthrow the Qaddafi regime.
Face the facts: The United Nations does not, and has not, ANY authority to direct the USA into or out of war. Only the United States Congress has this authority. It is a matter of national sovereignty. Joining a world-coalition doesn't make it any more "right." We are still responsible for OUR actions. Obama cannot point his finger and blame the United Nations. This was HIS decision.
Commander In Chief
Obama as the President, is the Commander in Chief of our military. The Constitution gives him these powers. However, the Constitution does not give him the power to attack any country just because he believes that he should. Once again, Obama over stepped his granted powers and exercised his "perceived" powers. Doesn't ANYBODY CARE ANYMORE?
Sad Irony
The left pounced on Bush for starting two wars. So where are they now? Their fearless leader has violated their trust as well. He has used military force on a country that has not attacked the USA. Yet they still defend his actions. And Progressives say that we are the ignorant ones! They are so blinded by ideology that they cannot see their own hypocrisies. That's just pathetic!

U.S. Attorney calls currency minting 'terrorism'

"Here's a novel of an expansion of the federal government's use of the word "terrorism," from the triumphant statement of a North Carolina U.S. Attorney, Anne Tompkins, who just won a conviction against a man who minted his own currency:
Attempts to undermine the legitimate currency of this country are simply a unique form of domestic terrorism,” U.S. Attorney Tompkins said in announcing the verdict.
"While these forms of anti-government activities do not involve violence, they are every bit as insidious and represent a clear and present danger to the economic stability of this country," she added. "We are determined to meet these threats through infiltration, disruption and dismantling of organizations which seek to challenge the legitimacy of our democratic form of government."
The convict, Bernard Von NotHaus, who runs the National Organization for the Repeal of the Federal Reserve and Internal Revenue Code, and now faces 15 years in prison."
My Comments
A North Carolina state representative has just introduced legislation to create a new state currency backed by gold and silver. This bill is similar to the one recently passed in Utah. (It's OK for States to do this - NOT individuals).
So what's wrong with the individual states trying to protect their citizens from an overbearing Federal Reserve Bank who's destroying the currency and and an out-of-control Federal Government buying its own debt?
Answer: NOTHING!
