The 5th Circuit Court has denied Obama's appeal to allow his Executive order that allows ILLEGALS to stay without being deported. He claims they got it wrong.
It's ironic that this lawsuit all came about - NOT because of the Republican-controlled Congress, but by 26 individual states. Congress lacks the leadership and the integrity to listen and follow the wishes of their constituents. The GOP "leadership" has become the right wing of the Democratic Party. They vote more to support LIBERAL efforts than they do Conservatives. The biggest examples are John Boehner - House Speaker and Mitch McConnell Senate Majority Leader. They are both avid Obama supporters. Just look at their respective voting records.
Now the thing to do is to watch Obama's reactions to this court ruling. He usually says one thing and then does something else. His actions speak louder than his words. Americans re beginning to realize that - but frankly it's almost too late.
