Maryland’s Attorney General, Patricia Jessiny is going to investigate the couple who uncovered ACORN’s criminal activity. They’re ignoring ACORN? HUH? More corruption at the State level?
Jessiny has this to say about the recent expose: "In addition, the audio portion could possibly have been obtained in violation of Maryland law… which requires two party consent.”
She states further: “The penalty for the unlawful interception, disclosure, or use of it is a felony punishable up to five years.”
Apparently, the AG overlooked the fact that ACORN is defrauding American taxpayers and committing God knows what other crimes in helping a pimp and prostitute set up a brothel using illegal underage aliens! It seems that sex trade is OK with the Attorney General!
That SMELLS of more corruption, doesn’t it? Overlook the crime being uncovered to prosecute the ones who uncovered it! The AG complains on the methodology used in uncovering a crime – not the Crime! Incredible! Is this the America we want? Is the Attorney General of Maryland on ACORN’s side? What gives?
Action To Take
Demand answers from the Maryland AG. Investigate ACORN – they’re the criminals!
