Have it Both Ways

Trust Obama
Can we trust Obama to always make the right decision when killing Americans or "Terrorists"? So far, his position is clear. If you're captured as a military combatant, he wants to treat you like a criminal with full constitutional rights. It doesn't matter if you are a US citizen or not. He wanted to have a trial in NYC to prove the point that we are a fair and just country. However, if HE deems you as a "terrorist" and you are an American citizen, you can be assassinated on his command. Does anyone see a problem with this? Isn't this having your cake and eating it too? In other words, this is taking both sides of the same argument.

Follow the Logic
Yes, it's true that Awlaki was a probably terrorist and he was a dirt bag. We're glad he's dead because he was likely involved in plans that resulted in killing Americans. As a US citizen, he was in all likelihood guilty of Treason. Unfortunately, we'll never know. This was never decided in any US court. It was Obama who decided that Awlaki should be executed without ANY constitutional rights. Wasn't Obama was playing God? What happened to HIS logic used for others to have a fair trial? We're NOT defending terrorists here. We're looking at an abuse of power.

Be Afraid
If Obama can make that mortal decision, what's stopping him from executing ANYONE he pleases? Seriously. Anyone! What's stopping him from doing that? Absolutely nothing! Obama uses the same logic in his class warfare attacks against the rich. He wants to raise their taxes because they should pay "their fair share." Ok, so next week, next month, or next year, why can't he direct his tax increase towards you so you can pay "your fair share?" Nothing "logically" stops him. He's playing both sides of the coin and is doing WHATEVER HE PLEASES! That's dangerous for a man in his powerful position. This power can be abused easily and we can do little to stop it. He's good at this and we should all be concerned.
