Executive Orders

Definition
An "executive order" is a decree made by the President of the United States generally issued to agencies of the executive branch to manage operations in the federal government. These "orders" are usually made in pursuance of acts made by Congress. Executive orders have been used by previous presidents and have occasionally, been challenged as taking for granted too much discretionary power. When that happened, there were legal hearings to determine the extent of presidential authority.

History Repeats
This president has used executive orders to "legislate" his own agenda on the American public. He has abused this "privilege" over and over. Now he has become emboldened and will try and "implement" executive orders to promote NEW GUN LAWS.

Not only is this ILLEGAL, but it nullifies the Second Amendment of the US Constitution. Because of this treasonous behavior (or threat of), a US Congressman from Texas, Steve Stockton, vows to bring charges for impeachment against Obama if he abuses his office. This is TREASONOUS behavior because the President swore an oath to protect the Constitution!

Stockton sums it up as follows:
"Any proposal to abuse executive power and infringe upon gun rights must be repelled with the stiffest legislative force possible. Under no circumstances whatsoever may the government take any action that disarms any peaceable person — much less without due process through an executive declaration without a vote of Congress or a ruling of a court …. If the president is allowed to suspend constitutional rights on his own personal whims, our free republic has effectively ceased to exist."

Action to Take
Contact you local representative and tell them to support the actions being taken by Congressman Stockton. Do NOT allow President Obama to overstep his authority in ANY way.

Another Trial Balloon

Once Again
This administration is getting to be quite predictable. Whenever they get a "brainy act idea" they try and bounce it off the ceiling and then they launch a rumor to the general public. This time it was the colossal idea of coining a platinum coin and telling us that it was worth $1 TRILLION dollars. What a bunch of IDIOTS in the White House. Larry, Moe, and Curly were smarter!

First, a coin that actually would be worth a trillion dollars would probably have to be the size of a garage! Second, someone in the White House actually believed that it was a good idea and sold it to Obama who also thought the same thing. Pathetic.

Have No Fear
You know it's the ELITES who think that only they know what's good for the underlings (you and I - the peasants). Now we see the curtain drawn back and realize that the ELITES in the White House are a bunch of fools at best.

Who in their right mind would want a coin with $1 TRILLION dollars in the first place? They could NEVER spend it anywhere! The thought that the government could print a BOGUS and Worthless Monopoly Money coin was stupid before it got legs and became a serious solution. Wouldn't you like to know who thought up that idea? Was it Valery?

After bouncing this stupid idea around for over a week, the White House realized that it was a bad idea. Yes, it took that long for them to realize it. This should NEVER been offered as a solution to too much spending.

Here Comes Another
POTUS is flying another trail balloon around the country. He began floating the idea last week that HE could legislate to raise the debt ceiling by Presidential Directive. WRONG! Even Harry Reid (Senate Majority Leader) jumped on the band wagon in support of this ILLEGAL proposal. Reid wrote Obama a letter saying that he and several other fellows were going to allow Obama to rise the debt ceiling unilaterally without Congress. They have no authority to do so!

He cannot do this legally, but Reid and his fellow conspirators joined-in the fiasco to try and convince the American public that this was a good idea. Washington is really run by a group of "idiot savants"! We have a bunch of morons trying to rule over our lives. And, they think the American public is STUPID too! SCHEEZE!

Where's the outrage? Are Americans really that complacent? Don't they give a care? If not, we really deserve what we get.

The Bottom Line
Keep watch on the activities coming out of this administration. They are NOT honest with the American public. They always say one thing and then their behavior gives their real agenda away! They use trial balloons to gauge your acceptance. They hide the truth from you. For example, the head of the EPA used an alias so she could conceal conversations in her emails about how regulations were screwing us.

Don't trust these people. They are not looking out for YOUR welfare. They prove it over and over. Watch them closely and you'll see what we mean.

Break The Law (Again)

Us Senate Deadbeats
Harry Reid (D, NV), Chuck Schumer (D, NY), Patty Murray (D, WA), and Dick Durbin (D, IL) have all given their support to President Obama to go ahead and raise the debt ceiling unilaterally.

Harry Reid's letter to Obama is as follows:
"In the event that Republicans make good on their threat by failing to act, or by moving unilaterally to pass a debt limit extension only as part of an unbalanced or unreasonable legislation, we believe you must be willing to take any lawful steps to ensure that America does not break its promises and trigger a global economic crisis — without congressional approval, if necessary,” the letter states.

One Thing Harry
Unfortunately, Harry and the other TRAITORS to the Constitution forget that they have NO POWER to grant the Executive Branch ANY permission to bypass the legislature. (Neither does the any other part of Congress).

So what is it that makes these people think that they can Dictate the job description of the President? Perhaps, they have been abusing their own office for so long that they actually believe they can do this legally.

They cannot and we will not allow these BASTARDS to continue with their unlawful power grabs.

Drop Harry A Line
Let Senator Reid know that he has NO AUTHORITY to grant ANY POWERS to POTUS.

Executive Directives Are NOT Laws

Article I, Section I
The Constitution clearly gives Congress ALL legislative powers - NOT the President. In fact, neither the President or the courts have any legislative powers. The Executive branch (the President) has the responsibility to execute the laws passed by Congress - even if he doesn't like them.

Ask This
Then why is it that President Obama thinks he can circumvent Congress by changing government regulations or by writing Executive Directives? Legally, he can't. However, no one in Congress has bothered to challenge the President for violating the laws of the land! Why is this?

The President cannot unilaterally impose a "law" on the people - but he does! For example, Obama has overridden Congress by forcing HIS new "interpretations" of immigration laws. He ignores the parts he doesn't like (allowing ILLEGALS to enter) and adds the "Dream Act" (rewarding ILLEGALS who are here) without ANY valid Congressional approval or authorization.

Ban Guns
In order for Obama to legally be able to enact a gun ban by an Executive Directive, he would have to receive "permission" or authorization from Congress. This hasn't happened. So far no Congressional authority enacted has granted the President such powers.

Action To Take
If, and when Obama decides to "enact" a "Presidential Executive Directive" banning or restricting firearms in ANY WAY, just tell him to go to HELL.

VP Warns the NRA

Gun Action Meeting
Vice President Joe Biden met with representatives of the Nation Rifle Association (NRA) and WalMart to discuss Washington's "urgent need" for "gun action." Biden stated that he was aware that the administration is "mindful" of the political realities of any new restrictive anti-gun legislation. In other words, Obama knows that there will be some "resistance" to the idea. DAMN RIGHT THERE'S GOING TO BE RESISTANCE! That's when Biden warned the NRA that Obama was even considering HIS OWN executive action against guns.

Read The Constitution
Obama had better read the Bill of Rights AND the Constitution. Apparently he forgot the part about the right to bear arms. AND, there is NOTHING in either documents that give the President the lawful right to MODIFY or NULLIFY the Constitution on his own through "executive actions." This would be a GIANT overstep of Presidential powers and lawful gun owners should be OUTRAGED!

Action To Take
Don't let the President TRAMPLE OVER YOUR RIGHTS! Notify your Congressional representatives (even if they IGNORE YOU - like ours does [Senator Kay Hagen D, NC]) that you will NOT tolerate the President overstepping his Presidential powers as granted in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Get all like-minded people to do the same.

And, start thinking about a Plan B, just in case.

REALITY CHECK

Stand Together
The Founding Fathers didn't pull it off by themselves. Enough citizens were sick and tired of being abused, taxed, and cheated by their government. The people didn't want WAR. Who ever does? The American Revolutionary War took years before it had effect. May people died and suffered as a consequence. Americans were united for a cause.

However, Americans today have lost sight that it's their responsibility in a Republic to keep an eye on their government. They have no cause and are NOT united. If they don't take responsibility soon , it can easily turn against them. Unfortunately, this is where we are now. Today's Americans, just don't seem to get it. Their freedoms are being lost, and their liberties too. But they are just too busy to notice or they just don't care.

Collapse Coming
America grew from nothing to become one of the greatest FREE countries in world history (and the strongest). Like all "empires" if you don't work at it, you will be defeated. This time, our enemies are within. They don't go around killing people one at a time, no they chip-away at our freedoms instead. This has been gong on for over 100 years (again-read history). Without realizing it, we are loosing to our enemies because they never give up and we never fight back. How do you think that will turn out in the end? If you do nothing, you will live to regret it. Your children will not know what freedom is and have to suffer.

Just Do It
America is doomed if its citizens never care and take some action. The powers to be will become just that! They will literally enslave you if you let them. You can't wait for the other guy to do it for you. This is YOUR country and it's YOUR responsibility to defend it when it's being attacked. It's time to take action. Get out there and become politically active. You future depends on what you do or don't do today.

No Investigation Yet

No Hope
It has been 62 days since the November elections. We still haven't received ANY explanations that illustrate rampant voter fraud in the Presidential election. Each state must certify its election results after the elections. When you see the results, there can be NO misunderstanding about the election. There was a significant amount of voter fraud, but there have been NO investigations.

Several Examples
In case you're skeptic about this possibility, here are a few examples that should heighten your curiosity:

• In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney. (A mathematical and statistical impossibility).
• In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their polling locations - and not one single vote was recorded for Romney. (Another statistical impossibility).
• In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voted in a county with only 98,213 eligible voters. (That's 8,045 more votes than voters!)
• In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligible voters but 247,713 votes were cast. This is 72,139 more votes than voters!!)
• The National SEAL Museum, a polling location in St. Lucie County, FL had a 158% voter turnout. (You can ONLY have 100%)
• Palm Beach County, FL had a 141% voter turnout. (Again, you can ONLY have 100%)
• In Ohio County, Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible voters. (That's 8% more votes than registered voters!!!)
• In Cleveland, OH in 27 polling districts there were NO votes cast for Romney.
• The same thing happened in Ohio in multiple counties. (Statistically, this is IMPOSSIBLE).

Massive voter fraud was reported in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin. However, none of these state governments carried through with an investigation. NONE! Why not? And, the media, they are just a big JOKE! They won't even consider a report on this subject.

One More Thing
Obama won in every state that did NOT require a voter ID AND he lost in every state that did. Coincidence? Hardly, this was more like the work of billionaire George Soros and his Progressive friends across America. George Soros also had his hands on a group that organized all 50 states Secretaries of State. Why is this important? The individual Secretary of State for each state certifies the election results as "valid." Do you smell a rat yet?

Your Governments
The governments (state and national), as well as, the media (no surprise here) have refused to do ANYTHING about these reported "irregularities." They are part of the problem. That's how Obama actually "won" the election (wink-wink).

Elections in America will NEVER be valid again. Think about that! All you have to do is to "fix" the Swing State results like they did this time around.
