White House Attacks the 10th Amendment!

The 10th Amendment states the following: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Since when did the Constitution die and the White House take over our kids education? Education is a state's right – NOT the Federal Governments!

This is a states rights issue of the biggest magnitude. HOW DARE OBAMA politicize our children’s education? What gives President Obama the right to give lesson plans to our kids in grades K through 12? The Federal Department of Education has issued lesson plans to all schools so that teachers can "voluntarily" use them to supplement the President's speech on Tuesday next week. How Orwellian of you!

No thanks! Stay away from "educating" our children. Oh sure, there’s nothing seditious in it. First, it's ONLY a lesson plan. Next it will become law. Then there will be fines and penalties for NOT obeying. Destroy personal liberties in increments.

HOW DARE YOU!

There is nothing in the Constitution that gives the government the right to brainwash or recruit our children into becoming supporters of ANY president or any presidential policies. This is a form of government propaganda and it has to stop now! Keep your hands off our KIDS! The individual states can and do educate kids. It's going to stay that way.

Tea Parties are NOT the bad guys - the government is! Whatever you call yourselves (Democrats, Progressives, Republicans, Statists, or whatever), you are the ones who are un-American. Anyone in Washington who supports bigger government and more government control is an enemy of the Constitution. Big government is the domestic terrorist. Big government is the extremist – especially the current administration. We have Communists advising the President. Can you get any more extreme than that? Doesn’t that make you wonder what’s going on?

Over the last century, history shows that the government is slowly chipping away at OUR liberties. Big government doesn’t give freedom. It trades freedom for oppression instead. You keep taking away individual freedoms with your regulations and legislation. You grab power and want more. This leads to tyranny!

Action To Take
Join a local Tea Party movement. If at all possible, join the march to Washington on September 12. Give Big Government the message that they have ignored so far. We are fed-up with the government takeovers, bailouts, and emergency legislation that blows the deficit out the window
