Acts Like a Dictator
For the moment, let's forget that unwanted pregnancy is NOT a disease and that the whole issue of conception is off the table.

President Obama missed a fundamental requirement of his job description. He actually thinks that he can change legislation after he has signed it into law. DUH? Once Congress writes a law and HE signs it, ONLY Congress can change the law! Obama missed the whole point of three branches of government and acts like HE's totally in charge and can do ANYTHING HE PLEASES! That's what DICTATORS DO!

According to the Constitution, his job description as President is NOT writing or modifying the laws of the land. No, instead he only has the power to either approve or disapprove the laws. Presidents do NOT write or change laws! PERIOD! They have no authority to modify laws after signing them!

Not What You May Think
After announcing that ObamaCare mandates (forces) all healthcare plans to cover sterilizations, contraceptives, and pills that cause abortions, Obama realized that he created a controversy among a huge voting block of Americans! This situation is NOT good in an election year. Obama foolishly has created a REAL boondoggle on his own!

This ISN'T about birth control, women's rights, or abortions. This is about the direct attack against the First Amendment! Obama has initiated this attack against all religions and now he has realized that HE created a "SXIT STORM!"

ObamaCare does NOT protect the freedom of conscience rights of secular for profit (or non-profit) employers or individual Americans! It forces individuals to go against their personal religious beliefs under Federal mandated rules punishable by fines. This in effect, nullifies the First Amendment! Anyone who does NOT comply faces strong Federal sanctions! Other than that, ObamaCare is just fine!

The Remedy
So now Obama actually is behaving like HE's the ONLY one who can change the law! Is this stupidity or Arrogance? Based on past behavior, this is another example of Obama's arrogance, disrespect, and defiance of the Constitution! (Be sure and READ THIS Homeland Security!)

Obama's "solution" to this problem is to make all insurance companies pay for the "free" medicines. Once again, the President has no authority to tell insurance companies what to provide and that they should make that coverage free. No one can force private insurance companies to include free medicines or free services. Obama is WAY out-of-line on this issue.

Action To Take
Let your leadership in Washington know that you will not tolerate this attack against the First Amendment. And, in November, 2012 vote this "potentate" out-of-office!
