EPA Drones
Obama loves drones. Now he's using them against our farmers! You read that right! The Environmental Protection Agency is using drones AGAINST American farmers in Nebraska and Iowa. So far as anyone knows that's the extent of it. But you can't be sure what the government is doing with drones under the Obama Administration! Exactly why they are spying on cattle ranches has not been satisfactorily explained.

In this instance, the EPA is spying on farmers. They claim that;

"Courts, including the Supreme Court, have found similar types of flights to be legal (for example to take aerial photographs of a chemical manufacturing facility) and EPA would use such flights in appropriate instances to protect people and the environment from violations of the Clean Water Act..."

Overstepping Authority
Never mind the FACT that the EPA has ZERO authority to be using weapons of war against American citizens for ANY reason. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution does not authorize Congress to legislate in the area of the environment. PERIOD!!!

The EPA is becoming a rogue federal government department that is getting out-of-control and abusing American freedoms and liberties. Do you give a care? You'd better, because the next drone you see or hear about may be flying over your house spying on you because of some lame excuse fabricated by a power-hungry government.

Probable Cause - What's That?
The EPA hasn't even considered the constitutional question that they are IN FACT violating the Fourth Amendment - Illegal search and seizure without probable cause. That's because they don't CARE!

Action To Take
Demand that all drone usage by OUR government be BANNED AGAINST US citizens here in America! We are well on our way to becoming a totalitarian state!
