Piecemeal Roll-out is ILLEGAL

President Obama has ordered another halt to the implementation to the Affordable Care Act. This time it postpones the implementation of out-of-pocket costs like deductibles and co-pays. Obama postponed this part of the law until 2015 - after the mid term elections!

This is equivalent of just another waiver that Obama thinks he can implement without any Congressional approval/disapproval. In other words, he's deciding which parts of the law to enforce, which parts to implement and which parts to become law now.

THAT's UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!!

Question to ask: Where the HELL is our Congress? They are supposed to provide the "Checks and Balances" to keep DICTATORS from taking over the country.

Action To Take
DEMAND from your Congressional representatives that they SUE the President and Eric Holder to prevent them from continually breaking the law of the land.
